General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bagjee ("bagjee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bagjee.net. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bagjee platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
bagjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bagjee will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-screen notification at the time of login. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revision to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms should be read alongside the bagjee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bagjee. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
These Terms are written and governed in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes of interpretation and dispute resolution.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to bagjee is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bagjee operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of another person or as part of a commercial arrangement.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bagjee complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
- You are not a current or former employee of bagjee, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written approval has been granted by bagjee management.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from bagjee or had an account closed due to fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms.
If you become aware that a minor is using your bagjee account or has access to your login credentials, you must notify bagjee immediately at and change your password without delay. bagjee accepts no liability for use of the platform by minors where such use occurred as a result of a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of bagjee products — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and the cashier — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following information is collected at registration:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
- Date of birth
- Valid email address
- Mobile phone number (for SMS verification and account security)
- Preferred payment method details (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account)
- Self-declared confirmation that you are aged 18 or above and agree to these Terms
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bagjee. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings earned through duplicate accounts, and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts linked to that individual.
Identity Verification (KYC)
bagjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be triggered at any time by bagjee's compliance team. Accepted identity documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
- Valid Passport — photo page
- Birth Registration Certificate — where NID is unavailable
In addition to identity documents, bagjee may request proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months) and proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, or your bank). Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by bagjee's support team may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bagjee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bagjee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bagjee immediately via live chat or at and change your password without delay. bagjee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bagjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bagjee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by bagjee, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bagjee wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Rocket and Upay deposits are credited within two minutes. Bank card deposits may take up to five minutes.
- You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be flagged for investigation and may result in account suspension.
- bagjee does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. You cannot withdraw funds to a payment method that differs from the one used to deposit, unless you have completed the full payment method verification process with bagjee's compliance team.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds derived from bonuses before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the cancellation of those bonus funds.
- bagjee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players may be asked to provide supporting documentation as part of this process.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
bagjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a bagjee account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 18 and above who have completed the registration process, verified their email address, and deposited a minimum of ৳500 in a single qualifying transaction. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, and is subject to wagering requirements as stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
General Bonus Rules
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are stated on the promotion page.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically without compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the existing bonus balance and wagering progress.
- Abuse Prevention: bagjee reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it reasonably believes that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of duplicate accounts, collusion with other players, or exploiting game mechanics specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial risk.
- Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or per round that qualifies towards wagering requirements is ৳500 or the equivalent per-game limit stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit may be excluded from wagering progress.
bagjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice where possible.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on bagjee, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Providing false information at registration or during any verification process, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts under your own or another person's details to circumvent account restrictions or obtain multiple bonus allocations.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in games or the platform. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected technical error are void and will be removed from your account. You are obliged to report such errors to bagjee support immediately.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusive betting on bagjee's sports betting markets.
- Using bagjee for money laundering or any other financial crime. bagjee monitors transactions for suspicious activity and will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies where required.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with bagjee's platform, servers, software, or security systems.
- Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for any withdrawn funds.
bagjee reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, account access, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility may be suspended without prior notice. Where an investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, bagjee may permanently close the account and withhold any remaining balance to offset losses or damages caused by the prohibited conduct.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may initiate account closure. Players who wish to close their bagjee account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing . Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Closure by bagjee
bagjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system
- Use of automated software or bots to interact with the platform
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below)
- Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players
Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bagjee will notify the registered email address 30 days before a dormant account classification is applied. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and, if requested, complete any outstanding verification steps.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic may request self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting bagjee support. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and closes your account for the duration you select — 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. bagjee will also suppress all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability
bagjee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, securely, and without interruption, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical faults at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bagjee and its officers, employees, contractors, and game content partners shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of cause
- Losses arising from system downtime, server failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events outside bagjee's reasonable control
- Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from the cancellation of bonus funds or account suspension
- The accuracy, completeness, or legality of content provided by third-party game studios or data providers integrated into the platform
Where bagjee is found liable for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, bagjee's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by bagjee's own negligence.
